He put a tarp over the entire dormer to protect the house from any more water damage. After that I had complete confidence in John to reroof the house to have protection with a 50 year warrantee. The work was scheduled very soon thereafter and completed in three days. He said the guys at Cannizzo Construction and noted the great quality of their work. The Cannizos responded to my inquiry the same day, came by to discuss the needed work, and provided a solution at a very fair price. The work was done in the timeframe discussed, the crew was courteous and cleaned up when the job was completed. I discussed future repairs with the guys, and they were patient and offered different options and price points. My only regret is that I did not find them years earlier, and had to experience subpar contractors that make promises they rarely deliver on. That is why I give them a five star rating.
